more, and more, and more.
it has nothing to do with football, and everything to do with his obvious passion to follow Jesus and actually DO what the Bible says. this video confirms that…wow.
Halloween 2008, Part Three…the boo boo
Tanner was an exceptionally cute green M&M for Trick-or-Treating…

Until she face-planted onto the brick steps and got a lovely gash in her chin. ![]()
We thought it needed stitches because it was pretty deep, so we went to the new Urgent Care place in Braselton…but they wouldn’t take our insurance and I didn’t have $225 just chillin’. (It is very clean and nice, however!) We called another Urgent Care place and they wouldn’t take it either, so we eventually decided to get some Steri-Strips and fix it ourselves. Luckily, however, we found Claudia Walters in our neighborhood, and of course she knew what to do! Thankfully she said no stitches…AND she gave Tanner her first big lollipop, so we came home and cleaned it real well and rocked the little M&M to sleep. She never got to Trick-or-Treat and she missed the group photo shoot, but we’re glad she’s going to be okay! *i need a nap* Here’s her boo-boo…and hour and a half later and all cleaned up…

Clearly, Tanner agreed with Claudia that the lollipop was the solution to the problem!

Katelynn and I had the most fun making Halloween cookies for the girls to take to school. Well, actually we made Halloween cookies for Tanner, and “leaf” cookies for Katelynn….because there’s a boy in her class who can’t eat pumpkin cookies because he’s Christian. (it must be in Leviticus? um…yeah.) Homegirl loves to bake!

Here are the teeny-tiny cookies we made for Tanner and her teeny-tiny friends…they’re about the size of a half-dollar, and they’re shaped like leaves, pumpkins, and acorns!

Tanner was a very cute little monkey at her school party, even though she wasn’t feeling very photogenic. She was too busy running around with her tail dragging the floor to take time for pictures…

She also had juice for the first time today, and she thought it was AWESOME. She kept looking at the juice box with big, huge eyes and drinking, and drinking, and drinking…. (sugar!!!!)

It’s hard to believe this is her at Halloween last year…
