We have a downstairs bathroom, and I can see the bathtub from the kitchen, so I decided it’d be a good idea to let Tanner play in the tub while I washed the dishes. She was being very quiet, and I thought it was working wonderfully! After about 10 minutes she said, “Get me out mommy! All gone!” All gone, I thought? Her toys were all gone.

Apparently I never mentioned that she shouldn’t put them in the toilet.

Yes, that WAS a good idea. Martha put my Easter hat in the toilet when she was a toddler. Mama dried it out and I wore it to church. That story has followed us for 50 years or more.
